There have been a handful of people claiming a leak at the timing chain cover, I could only find one quickly:

Take it back to the dealer for warranty, that's what it's for. Like in the thread I linked the solution is to just throw more sealant at it, document the issue and hope it was just a defect that slipped through the cracks.

Edit: To be clear, this is unusual but not alarming, hope it's simple.

its not leaking much.. and it actually was hard to notice for a long time..

I have been checking this constantly but I have yet to see any oil but I do smell something burning.

Yes mine is leaking at the timing chain cover. They have resealed it once already. My car has been in the shop seven times now for oil leaks and I'm currently going through the lemon law process.

Sucks that your dealership can't seal it up properly, truly the worst part about owning this car seems to be having them fix the minor issues, hope you find a solution to motoring happiness soon.

It really is the dealers fault in my opinion. They take incompetence and unprofessional ism to a whole other level.
