It was brown, and not even a hatch, but the rare coupe with a trunk too small to fit anything through the opening. Best feature was, it was cheap, since it was my first cat. |

Technically, these are all the vehicles I've owned after nearly 20 years of driving:
91 Integra GS (was automatic originally, I converted it over to manual once the transmission went out...that was fun! LOL) no pictures of it....but it was the Palm Grey color. 98 Tacoma Extended Cab, 5spd MT (Still have - not driveable though been sitting for 2 years because after getting the FRS I didn't give a care about it and it just wouldn't start...LOL) In her prime I autocrossed her for a few years and got her cornering at 1G stock height. Always fully useable as a truck, but loved corners as much as it could. Stock seats were possibly the most horrible ever...fixed with Recaro Ergonomic seat for driver and '00+ Celica GT seat for passenger. http://vracer111.smugmug.com/photos/...-rChvNZn-L.jpg 90 Integra RS, 5spd MT Love Integras, the DA/DCs are the best FWD car Honda ever made and the RS is the lightest and best version to get. Got the car down to ~2300lbs with full tank. Gutted the power steering rack and sealed it up to depower it and relocated a lighter weight battery more forwards and down low to help shift CG down and weight balance forwards. And that B18A is an amazing motor and spins up quickly with an 8lb racing flywheel. Got the Integra amazingly near neutral in handling. FRS had a tall order to fill...but it did it! I wouldn't mind a Type R or DC chassis RS at all in addition to the FRS if I had the garage space for one. http://vracer111.smugmug.com/photos/...78qbQzC-XL.jpg http://vracer111.smugmug.com/photos/...-Wd8Vw4k-L.png http://vracer111.smugmug.com/photos/...-zSrVv7v-L.jpg 98 Camaro RS, 5spd MT Heavy pig and horrible handling when I bought it bone stock with ~67k miles on it...blown shocks, crappiest/vaguest manual shifter ever, and POS Goodyear All-season tires. I turned it around to a nice handling track car (which was the plan for it from the beginning) but it still was no match for the Integra RS. I will say that was the only car I've ever had which I had the perfect driving position in it...well it was custom fabbed for perfect fitment! FRS doesn't even come close to the perfect driving position I had in that Camaro. Daily driving was a PAIN though....LOL http://vracer111.smugmug.com/Cars/Ra.../Camaro-XL.jpg http://vracer111.smugmug.com/Cars/Ra...Rearend1-L.jpg http://vracer111.smugmug.com/Cars/Ra...0/M/dash-M.jpg http://vracer111.smugmug.com/Cars/Ra.../shifter-M.jpg http://vracer111.smugmug.com/Cars/Ra...stallation.jpg http://vracer111.smugmug.com/Cars/Ra...at-Front-L.jpg 90 Civic DX sedan, 5spd MT Never did much to it, bought it, didn't pass emissions after trying twice, planned to make a track car out of it but sold it. Was really clean and had a perfect chassis. 13 FRS, 6spd MT (My only vehicle right now...and I LOVE it...Duh!) http://vracer111.smugmug.com/Cars/St...Rearless-1.jpg |
