No concerns on mine so far.... but I'm curious now. Is an external fuel leak, or an internal leak flooding the cylinder(s)??? I didnt see any reference to DI failures on 2013 TSB's, But I'll keep checking.

Almost 4k on my Monogram, no issues aside from the occasional cricket.

9500 miles on my 2013 and no issues, not even crickets
