Hidden Rusting issue
 

Anyone else's metal bracket with weather stripping that mounted on top of the front bumper but below the hood rusting? I took mines off to change out headlights and noticed that there is some rusting on the edge. It can't be seen when its mounted on the car. I'm guessing water gets in between the stripping and the front bumper and water gets to it.

It's the bottom left part of the picture the one with the Bolts and Clips.

Had looked up this part previously after someone mentioned that issue.

It's cheap, it also comes off real easy to sand and paint/coat
