Wheels and tires setup for around 1000$ and 2000$

Hi guys,

Do you have an idea to get the best wheels and tires setup for 1000$ budget?

Thank you!

Guess this really depends on your objective. What are you trying to do? What are your goals? Performance, Stance, economy, AutoX, HDPE, just looks....

Wheels and tires setup for 1000$

I want wheel like OEM, i mean solid like OEM but with a better look... For sure I don't want Volk, unfortunately, I love it, but they are out of my budget.

It's a daly drive then nothing special...only some track days during summer.

Maybe I need the best bang for the buck. :)

have you tried the huge thread titled "Wheels on a budget. POST THEM HERE!!!"?

Sorry, but OEM quality wheels and tires for under a grand probably isn't happening. Even the knockoff sets go for around $7-800 new, and the type of tires you could buy with the leftover money would either be heavily used or dangerously cheap. I would just take your time and either buy individually, or save up if you have a particular fitment you have in mind and do it right all at once.

Buy xxr 527/530 wheels and bfgoodrich sport comp2s . Best money can buy for a DD setup.

Buy a set of Rotas and then go and get some cheap tires. I would say bump your budget up a bit and you can definitely get some really good tires!

Yes I can put more on the tires as well.

But I don't think rota will be solid like OEM.

This TRD dealer has the TRD wheels for the FR-S listed at $225 a piece. You'd be getting OEM quality for about a grand but it doesn't include tires. Maybe buy wheels now and save up for tires?

Disclaimer-I am not affiliated with this dealer, just saw someone else post a link to them on another thread. I also put it in the budget wheels thread.

I will need to look if they are available in Québec, Canada.

OEM. Good tires will cost over half that budget.
