Rain water is pretty clean.

I won't ridicule you out loud for having owned a Geo :3

I'm sure the rain water was pretty clean, but when I tried to soak some of it up from the seats the towel I used got these weird brown oily-looking stains. At first I was like

And then I was like WTF is this nasty crap on my seats?!?

So I'm taking her in for a good upholstery cleaning because I'm not getting that mess on this cute ass :3

Wasn't nearly as funny as I was mentally calculating the potential damages, insurance hike and loss of my then baby. (Oh ya was worried somebody might get hurt as well)

Yea, totally on-board with that!

Stalled it during the test drive in heavy traffic, couldn't figure out why I wasn't moving forward since the engine was so quiet compared to my previous (modified) cars. I thought I had hit a pothole. People drove around me and a grandma behind me honked. Cranky bitch.

Clutch is so much softer and more numb than any of my previous manual cars over the past decade.

Day one of ownership - Tried to clutch kick drift a turn... In Sport mode... Let`s just say that the stability control works pretty good almost knocking me unconscious when my head whipped back into the side window :).

One day, dry, unsettle the car with a quick flick. Nice drift. Very next day... in rain. Try to do the same... Quick flick... OH SHANTY!!! When you spin, 2 feet in :). Grab 1st and take off.

This winter. Long turning on ramp. Start to drift. Miss judge the car ahead and he is driving like 10. Lift, too much rotation... Gas, not enough, dab the brakes to bleed some speed off, over rotate, gas, then brake, see-saw the wheel get into deeper snow on the side, slows down enough, car back straight, check underwear for skid marks... Nope, we are golden.

Yeah... I like to hoon a tad from time to time... :P 99% of the time, I make sure no one is remotely close... that last time is the exception as it`s a bit blind at first, then when I saw him, he seemed far enough away... but he was not.

20 minutes after signing the papers, my family and the sales dude went to go take pictures on the top of the dealership.

I let my mom get into the driver's seat so she can take pictures. Here comes the triple whammy:

- She touched the window and left very visible fingerprints on it, right after they shined the car up for me.
- She got in and I guess didnt realize how far the side sill sticks out. Her heel got stuck and left a very visible black mark on it. My heart nearly sank thinking paint got scratched. Was ok.
- She slammed the door so hard, even the salesguy shook his head.

Never again!

Lol, same with me. Stalled the car at a light during my test drive and caused a whole row of people to miss the light. The guy behind me started blasting the horn. I still need to pull the clutch spring as I'm not 100% confident with this clutch. Sometimes I over rev, almost stall, occasional bunny hopping. Feeling like a complete noob.

Was at a parking lot and ran over a curb and sadly there was like 4 guys in a slammed civic looking at me and saying "oh shiet"....i booked it home, was so embrassed LOL....thankfully 0 damage. So guys...this is why stock height is win!

I slammed it and took away all driving capabilities that this car is known for. lol.

For real though, I bought a set of shitty knock off wheels for the winter time and never even drove the car. Sold the wheels for over half of what I bought them for. Lost my ass on them big time.

I'll probably do that after I remove the spring since it's free. If it's still not to my liking, this will be the next thing on my to do list.
