200 Scion FRS's released from Port in NY
 

I just got back from the Toyota dealership and found out a little news. I got the final pricing on my FR-S today at the dealership. However, on my invoice I noticed about $600 worth of options were added to my car without my knowledge. Long story short, the manager calls up the scion rep about the discrepancy and found out that today 200 Scion FRS's were unloaded from the port in NYC. Rather than inventory each individual FRS's options, they just listed all 200 with the most popular options. Those 200 FRS's are ready for pick up and delivery on the east coast! Mine should be delivered to the dealership by the end of the week/early next week.

The one I ordered is supposedly there as well. I'll be interested to see if they try to tack on all that stuff. I thought these were all dealer installs, not port installs, anyways?

Iv noticed all the whiteouts in south florida that show as future inventory show them as fully loaded with all the options. Thats a extra 2K of shit I dont want :(

Mine is coming from Port of NY - my dealer said they'd be released on Monday - he still doesn't have an invoice or VIN, and I made it clear I wanted no options. I'll be really annoyed if they slap on any and will refuse to pay for them.

who is your dealer? Same here how ever I have no ETA yet . Also tell them about no front tags if thats something you want so they dont drill into it.

Dealer called me today during lunch -- car is in! They had 1 grey manual, and 1 white automatic (mine :party0030:).

Dealer told me that all cars will come with the same exact upgrades on all cars. I don't know if this was a line for me (I was planning on basically just base model), but for allocation purposes it makes sense. Only differences are color and transmission.

Mine included Alarm, Window Tint, Door Seals, some sort of extra Paint protection, and maybe one more small thing that I can't remember. Totaled to 28.6k though.
