Enabling GPS on 2014 Headunit

I searched a little bit but couldn't find exact information.

I have the 2014 headunit without nav. To enable NAV do I just need to buy the GPS antenna an install that?

Besides a VIN, what is required to enable BeSpoke?

I'm also looking for this Information on here too. I'm so terrify to go into the dealer and ask because I know for sure they know noting about enable ling the GPS on our cars lol
