Dxero, i think its Jonmotoring font lip.

It was noname cheap urethan front lip from e-bay. For example - http://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-2014-Su...011854&vxp=mtr
Quality and fitment is not perfect.

Also noname CF was from e-bay. For example - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Scion-FRS-Su...2ed4b5&vxp=mtr
