License Plate "spacer" mount Help?

Looking for a license plate mount that would mount to the normal holes, but still provide the same effect. Below is what it looks like on my old beemer. It mounted to non-US holes and is an adapter of sorts. I like how it looks with a little bit of space, especially with the smoked cover. Google turned up nothing, mostly because I have no idea what to call this to search for it. All that I can find is normal mounts that are flush all the way to the edge of the plate and don't provide the space I find visually appealing. Any help?

Rubber washer from a hardware store?

I'd like to keep the space even and make sure it's not rattling around. If we had holes drilled and tapped for all four points that be viable

To keep mine from rattling I put single side foam tape on the back of my license plate. It's not exactly even but to me it looks good and it keeps it off the paint and keeps it from rattling.

Mine came with some of the aforementioned tape installed already, I assume because it only has the top screws. In theory I suppose I could use some washers to create the gap and then add more foam tape to make up for the difference, but I'd like a more elegant solution
