If I were you look into the Invidia Q300. I have the Invidia N1 and it was cool at first, but now it's just annoyingly loud. I do have the cat delete front pipe, and the Borla UEL header as well. I'd still prefer something quieter, and something that doesn't piss off the neighbors early in the mornings.

Corsa Performance catback. Deep, sporty, civilized, no drone. at all, ever.

Invidia makes a fine product - and they actually answer their phone to talk to you. I put one on my wife's FX35 about 5 years ago, and it's a wonderful system that looks great & sounds even better.

About 3 years after I put it on, her car got a bit louder, which I initially thought must have been settling of the packing. But then I noticed a clanging sound like a loose cat heat shield. When I got under the car to fix whatever was wrong, I found that the mount on the driver's side intermediate pipe had broken out of the pipe - it cracked through the brittle zone directly outside the weld.

I called Invidia in CA, emailed a picture of the break, and Gordon shipped me a new pipe that day. Sadly, I was charged for the piece because the warranty had expired, which I didn't think was right. But having been welding for 50 years, I know that an occasional break like this is unavoidable and probably not their fault.

An Invidia is my #1 choice for my '13 FRS (when I get around to doing it - I'm loving the car as delivered).

Great sound for everyone outside the car. Ridiculously loud inside. Serious drone. Sit in your car at highway speeds for any longer than 60-70 minute and you'll get a massive headache.

Stock header, yes. Aftermarket header, not so much. UEL at least. Not sure about EL.

Quieter no, just a bit less droney. The N1 is always going to be loud.

The Q300 and the N1 are my favorite exhausts because one is nice, subtle, and looks great, the other one is real loud, sounds real deep, and also looks good too.

If I ever get tired of the N1's loudness, I may go to the Q300. I could not believe how quiet the Q300 was inside the car. I could hear my TRD intake over the cabin noise.

Makes me wish l had gone with the Q300. Dammit.
