TRD Wheels on Scion Canada Website

Sorry if this is old news but I was on the scion website trying to convince my friend to buy an FR-S, and saw the 18" TRD wheels are now an option from the dealer.
18x7 +35 on front 18x7.5 +35 on rear Recommend 215/40R18 (front) and 225/40R18 (rear) which oddly enough aren't included. Not sure what they intend people to do if they are selling the car without tires... Priced at $1438.25 CAD which seems steep but its OEM so of course. |
How is that the "installed" price if it doesn't include tires.

Dunno. Guessing they use it as an opportunity to up sell you some tires you wouldn't otherwise necessarily buy (ie Michelin Pilot SS, Hankook Ventus V12...). Unless they give you both sets of rims, then its ok depending on how good those rims actually turn out to be

never knew they were staggered, 1 tire size stagger, interesting...
