FRS on a heartbreaker dyno (Vivid Racing car)

Vivid Racing has an FRS in their hands, see initial dyno results on a Mustang "heartbreaker" dyno below. I hope they will hop onto this site and talk about their plans for the FRS. 154 whp...

Not too bad on a MD.

Well that blows. Nearly 25% power loss. Arizona - so altitude loss added?

OT: Looks like everyone and their grandmother are being made mods lately. :bellyroll:

Mustang dynos are notoriously stingy. I hope to see someone tune the dip out of the curve.

How much power loss at the mile high city? (I live around 6000 ft elevation) damn, maybe I should get a turbo car instead, this is starting to depress me.

It's just a number. There are multiple threads with dyno charts on stock setups with varying numbers (from each other). That doesn't mean some stock cars are making much less power than others. Roddy's comment hit the nail on the head, Mustang dynos ARE stingy (hence the "heartbreaker") and we should really be focusing on the dip more than stock output.

 let the fun begin, i dont expect those numbers to stay low for so long :)

I cant wait until someone releases a N/A Super high compression high reving stroker kit.

Stingy yes, but more accurate or no? I'm guessing no, because 25% power loss seems damn-near impossible with such a small driveline.

couldnt agree more!!!! even though im all about the Supercharger if i could get a NA stroker kit for less and it would be higher reving..... it would be hard to keep me away! and then ill just get the SC later lol
