There is no reason for it to hurt the exhaust valves. The unburnt fuel should be igniting in the hot exhaust well after the valves. Its not enough of a back pulse. Again its done in many OEM cars these days in the same manor with no issues long term.

here we go.....this video was taken at night so its more of a sound clip than a video but you get the idea =) the first half of the first video is me warming up the car, the second half is me beating on it a little. i was trying to get as much popping as i could so normally it wouldn't pop that much

I wanted to try for something a little more subtle, but still present, so I went with 15 instead of -10 and adjusted the overrun also. Very pleased with the results.

I made the adjustments last night and its still adapting. I can make my car sound like its making orville redenbachers in my trunk on command... lol

The file it self is just the ots map with the added adjustment which takes roughly 1minute to implement. But if you must have it., PM me your email and the ots map that youre currently using, I can send you a moded version.

With that said, I however can not be held responsible for anything that could or may happen to you and or your vehicle by using any files that i send you :iono:

What did you put the overrun RPM delta at? did you change any other overrun parameters?

Have you tried setting the overrun enrich rpm delta activation lower to say, 4k? That should allow for the popping at a lower rpm rev, right?

Also, is there a parameter to change how long the overrun condition lasts? That way we can set it to pop fewer times each rev.

Finally, can you change how much fuel is injected during the overrun condition? Might be able to get those flames if you set this higher and delete the cats :)
