Diode Dynamics HID Kit Issues

I've got about 100 miles on my Diode Dynamics low beam HID kit. Tonight I notice the one bulb simply flickers then shuts off when you turn the headlights on. Other side is fine. If you rotate the switch 25 times the light comes on and stays on maybe 5% of the time. Sometimes it wants to work other times not so much. Anybody else have a similar issue?

Sometimes there is either an issue with the bulb or the ballast. This has happened to me twice on my silverado(not a Diode kit, though).

Relay harness or not?

it's the ballast, i had the same issue before, so i replaced a new ballasts, and it never happened again.

swap bulbs from side to side for a quick diagnostic check, but I agree, it's most likely the ballasts, but always worth checking

As already mentioned, swap bulbs side to side to check if it's the bulb, but it sounds like the ballast.
