let me guess, you are trying to pull shiv's locked beta OFT300 vortech sc tune so you can change it according to nelsmar's instructions?

EDIT:nelsmar's map scaling for the 3 bar MAP sensor.

EDIT2:He used it to pull an unreleased rom and release it without consent.

This has nothing to do with shiv. I'm working on something else at the moment.

1) "nelsmar's instructions" were not my instructions. The 3 bar map sensor I sent him I used fairly standard MAP scaling values that are used on multiple tuning platforms across multiple vehicles. It is a pretty standard setting and I posted the info in the OFT thread for others to use in the event they used another MAP sensor as well as to see if shiv knew which offset he was using so I could help find the OP a new map sensor so that way it was plug & play. Shiv said the file was going to stay locked and that he didn't want to adjust it so I left it at that. If I knew the ROM was to stay locked after release I would have put more effort into verifying which MAP sensor the "OF300" package was using and sent him that in the first place.

2) Yesterday I called around new jersey and talked to multiple shops in his region looking for a 2.5 bar map sensor for him, as well as called a few friends I had in the region hoping that had one laying around. Unfortunately the 2.5 bar is not commonly used so its not commonly stocked as a shelf item. And then this morning I also told him he needs to get the correct MAP sensor or get a custom tune. I even sent him screenshots of a rom I made for someone that I helped with a Vortech supercharger and catless header so that he could give it to a tuner as a "starting point" in the event he wanted to have a local tuner tune his car using OFT.

3) Last I talked to him he was considering getting it tuned by a local shop and after seeing this thread my best guess he is wanting a tactrix cable to flash faster for dyno tuning as it has been mentioned in other threads.

I am no longer involved with any of this... Shiv had said that after I called shops iirc. I was attempting ot get him a sensor yesterday so he could install it and help him verify the actual logged values to see if it was correct as there are only 2-3 2.5 bar sensors that I know of and as far as I know only 1 would fit the OEM placement. As for the OP's reason for not waiting I cant answer that I've been trying to go the extra mile to help him out but I can't do anything else for him at this point.

I shipped him a kit with a misunderstanding that the OF300 rom was locked in which I gave the corrected map calibrations prior to finding out, I then tried to source a sensor for him, I then even gave him screenshots of a tune that he could use as a basemap for a local tuner to get a custom tune as per everyone in the OFT tuning threads recommendation vs using the OF300 tune... At this point I have little I can do and have nearly no involvement with the OP's project. =(

He was told get a custom tune, now he is getting told to wait till Monday. At this point I am just going to step away so the mob doesn't continue to go after me for trying to help out.
