With 70mm pulley, without the spray I've seen supposed numbers of 285 on E85. Without E85 you'll get around 260-ish not intercooled and a little less intercooled, like 250-ish (on 92oct), which is where I'm at with 70mm. You're basically at the limit of this kit at these numbers. The kit doesn't have a post blower air temperature reading and the intercooler is very restrictive so they are hard to tune and know exactly what's going on.

Couple of thoughts on this:
Any discussion of numbers needs to be on the same type of dyno at a minimum. I learned my lesson on this one. All of my published numbers have been on a dyno dynamics (uncorrected) which typically read 10% or so less than a dynojet. Nonetheless, dynos are tuning and bragging tools.. Nothing more. If I take it to a dynojet operator the way it is now, I'm certain it will read higher.
With E85, Erich made it clear that the meth is not really doing anything in the addition of octane points since it only took 2 deg of timing to achieve a nearly 40 horse increase. The meth is there to cool the charge. My car smells of rubbing alcohol now and I kinda like it :)
I'm running the 70mm too. 700cc injectors. 3 bar map sensor made things easier to tune and I now have a dual fuel pump setup (OEM and DW) in the back to keep the fuel on the hump with the bigger pump flowing. I do have a post-blower IAT read courtesy of a hole drilled in the IAT plate on the manifold. This is also used for reading psi values for the meth to spray. I was tuned with the post blower IATs in mind.
The intercooler (laminova) is restrictive, that's why I'm not running one. I don't think these are hard to tune and that is evident by my conversations with Erich at PRE. My car is running great on Erich's brzedit tune. I still think there is some power to be had with these blowers. You just need to start getting creative. I've never been one to just plug n play so we will see what else this setup will bring! ;)
There is also the 210+ with upgraded rotors and the 335 and of course, compound charging (turbo feeds the SC). Post blower is where things get interesting in the last setup I mentioned. Wild things.. (Forged shortblock needed)
