Preston & Steve radio show - RANT
 

My friend knew I was ordering a BRZ so he called me as soon as he heard it on the show.

Subaru of America is giving Preston (of Preston and Steve) use of a BRZ for the rest of the month of May!!


Subaru of America's corporate office is in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Subaru of Cherry Hill dealership is 1/2 mile down the road....


What the hell!!! :mad0259: No demo car to even look at??

I called the dealership last Saturday and they said they didn't have any updates for my order. Their "memo" said expect the first car by end of May... just in case, I called back and talked to different salesman. This guy said they don't expect first shipment until August...

:thumbdown: uhh... there is some kind of miscommunication here...


I'm patient, but I just want some kind of call. I received one call since I placed order beginning of March, and that was to tell me that they'll be announcing the pricing at the NY Car Show...

okay... that's it for my rant....

I'm surprise the Cherry Hill Dealership doesn't have a demo car yet. They get the most allocated cars in the area and charges a 5k markup. lol

The salesman says he will match any other dealership... Had to get this through an email so I could save it, lol.

Supposedly they are allocated 11, and I'm first on their list. Everyone seems to be getting more info than them too... But I'll give them to end of May, beginning of June as I had originally planned. If I don't get any solid info by then, I'll have to move on to a different car.

Being able to just sit in the car will help my decision a lot, but doesn't look like Cherry Hill is getting one anytime soon.
