NOT MY CAR. My neighbor bought his Raven FR-S only a few months ago. He had minor mods including Spyder Tails, Winjet Headlights, and a Beatsonic Sharkfin.
I hadn't seen his car parked next to mine for about 2 weeks...and then just yesterday a brand new black BRZ Limited was parked next to mine. I asked him if it was his and he said yup. Unfortunately he was involved in a pile up on the highway. He wasn't injured at all, but his poor FR-S was another story. The FR-S was seriously like 2 months old. :/
Anyways, glad he's not injured and was able to get into a BRZ so quickly.

UGH! ..... that machine took a couple of bad hits .....:(

However, it looked like it protected the driver quite well ..... :)

Ouch...

Glad he was okay and had a quick turn around for the new one. Now post a pic of his new ride!

You should get him to join the forum! Seems like he's already into these cars, since he's modded them and had two already

Glad he's ok! These cars are safer than people give them credit for.

Safest car in it's class and only one that's an IIHS top safety pick!

Turbo95eg6 03-13-2014 02:31 PM

Maybe he crashed it on purpose to get a BRZ?

Clipdat 03-13-2014 02:36 PM

That must've been sucked, but then, turned out good! :)
So this owner experienced both FR-S and BRZ, now time for GT86 haha

The BRZ is the safe one, not the FRS. According to the internet.

Get your facts right buddy...

Glad to see he's okay. I don't blame him for getting the BRZ, if you had the FRS, why not go different?

He said they had to cut his seatbelt off...so I can imagine how hard the impact must have been. He's perfectly fine though. Really make me feel safer knowing such a small car can still keep me protected.

I saw the thread and said "noooooooo ericmpena's car" but was a bit happier after the first few words of the post
