Not feeling it. Its a rebuilt FRS with a Duraflex body kit. Keep working at it.

Gotta actually look with your eyes before giving your opinion my dude. I canned the duraflex garbage and got the OEM TRD kit with Tom's rear bumper and quad exhaust. And a Seibon VS hood.

Calidrifter 04-25-2014 12:06 AM

What happened to the dura flex kit?

It went in the garbage. Where it belongs.

Correct. Hands down worst quality I've seen in 10 years of modifying cars. Lost out $1500.

Honestly don't know how duraflex is still in business in this kind of economy and that kind of shit product. and two sets of headlights?

I'm amazed by your work and your progress in such a short span of time! That paint looks better than OEM

And the CF spoiler with the parts painted was a good move IMO

I agree. Ive never used duraflex so I was under the impression it was ABS plastic. WRONG. Its actually WORSE than fiberglass. What a waste.

Thanks nick! Your guys' fog lights are going in! I agree, the paint is better than from the factory - probably going to have the whole car repainted at this point. The spoiler looks AMAZING in person.

I am just awaiting the seibon vs hood to arrive. Then I will paint that, and leave the scoop as a carbon fiber accent, and have the roof carbon fiber as well.

I've never seen a body shop that communicates in snapchats! :bonk:

Sweet build! Can't wait to see more!

Thank god, my best friend owns it and is giving me a great deal and top notch work.

I'd love to add them on the site somewhere

Want to see that rear bumper installed, but killer looking build so far!

STS-V 05-06-2014 12:39 PM

Update. Got the quad vertical Tom's rear bumper. Found a backup camera that incorporates backup lights. Going to remove the rear light assembly and replace with mesh.

Decided I diddn't really like the style of the 86-R hood pictured above. Pulled the trigger on the Carbon Fiber

STS-V 05-06-2014 12:41 PM

p.s.... Firestorm FR-S hood pictured above will be for sale shortly. Or local pickup in Ohio.
