Well crap
 

After nearly 2yrs and 28k miles I started the car after a long winter of sitting. As soon as it went to normal idle the dash lit up and the car started jumping g from 500-1500rpm. Shut it off and it fired right up. Haven't pulled the codes yet but I'm guessing cam gear issues since it was an early build.

P0191 is the only code it's throwing.
Fuel rail pressure sensor out of range. Could be from sitting so long. Reset the code we'll see what happens.

did you put some stabil into the tank and run it for a bit before having it sit? could be bad gas

Yeah, top off the pig with some fresh fuel before getting too bent out of shape. My idle was odd with some strange fuel cuts after sitting for a few months. Cleared up though.

Yeah I just reset it and took off in it. No replay of the problem so far.
