Color Change
 

Did anyone decide on a different color or transmission after they had placed thier pre-order?

I changed from Rally Blue to Lightening Red.

I also changed dealerships at the same time. I went from fourth at a dealership that was getting thirteen total to eighth at a dealership that was getting thirty cars - which means I get the color I want and I get it earlier.:thumbup:

I changed from whiteout to firestorm. The dealer said that I saved money doing that becasue they always charge more for the pearly white colors.

From Hot Lava to Whiteout. Still love that orange color, but couldn't see it dressed up in wheels and body kits like I could the white, and this is one car I certainly wanna play dress-up with.

Are you getting the 5 axis body kit with yours?

No, I'm stuck on Firestorm. I could have had a Raven or Ultramarine from this first batch but chose to wait.

I haven't seen very many Firestorm in other dealers inventories. I didn't order one in that color because I hadn't gotten a deposit on that color. Did they tell you how long for a firestorm?

Nope. They said they'd try to do a swap with someone else, but I'm not overly optimistic. At least I want the 6AT, that might make it a little easier.

Negative, The initial allocation for Central Atlantic Toyota is somewhere between 70% and 80% Manual Transmission. It will be difficult to get auto Red but not impossible. I will let you know if one of our 2 for June is an auto Red.

Thanks much! I don't mind waiting 3-6 months, honestly, and told them that.

Hopefully it doesn't take that long. They just got another Vessel with the Scion FR-S on it. There will be 43 total for June... which is not a lot for 180 stores... :/
