What should I do? (Fender dent/bent)

Few days ago I was driving to the gym and I switched lane on the hwy and couldnt dodge a tire that was on the ground and ran over it and this happened..

I went to the scion dealer and they said I would have to replace the whole fender and paint color match the hood and door. The quote i got was around $1,000 ):

So, now i feel like maybe i should just switch over to carbon fiber fenders, which will cost me roughly around the same price (including labor and stuff)

Anyone have any better suggestions?

Looking at that one pic I'm laughing inside that any shop cannot fix that and blend within the fender (meaning no painting door/hood.) If you can, look for an actual bodyshop (as in non-dealer) that only does autobody repair and get a few estimates. From what I can see the only paint that is chipped is right on the edge. dusting color there shouldn't be a proablem for anyone in this field.*

*Can be hard to tell exact dmg ectent with only 1 picture...

I had similar problem.

This is what I dealt with:
There are two bolts under the fender right where you would place the jack. Undo those.
On the wheel well, there are three screws with pop out sleeves, that those out.
Now that the bottom of the fender is loose, pull and shape it back into place.
