evasive motorsports issues
 

so i purchased a set of ray lug nuts (red and extended) and i got them in close to 2 weeks of me paying ( took forever) and when i get them they are pink. my chick took a pic when they got in. so then i email Danny from evasive motorsports and after about me sending him 5 emails he finally responds. Tells me that Rays manufactures the lug nuts that color but it says red. I would think they would let you know somewhere on the page that the color might not be whats pictured but they didnt.

so finally he says ship them back (at my expense) and i do i track them 2 days later and they were shipped and delivered. Wrote to Danny once again and finally after numerous emails he finally responds saying we havent received them yet. I shipped on thursday 2 day priority shipping. They were delivered on sat. Danny said he didnt get them in until thursday of the next week. So i ask to exchange them for the greddy extended lug nuts he says yes and that he will ship that same day (Thursday) and sends me the old tracking # (of the Rays lug nuts) after more emails he sends me the correct tracking # which finally was shipped on Saturday not Thursday. On Friday i did ask him to just refund me but he insisted that he shipped but would not give me a tracking #. So they finally shipped some Lug nuts Titek because the greddy's werent in and i get 20 piece as i was promised but different kinds (short) so i call evasive again . Asked to speak with Danny and they said he is available , so i get transferred and no answer. so im stuck again with lug nuts that i am not satisfied with. :iono: wont be buying from evasive ever again from this experience.

Well, at least now we know why they are called "Evasive".

I know people personally whom have done business with them and everything went well.

Hope things work out better...maybe they will come here and post.

If you want a full refund please give us a call. You ordered the red ones from our ebay store from us and which we offer free shipping. Being anodized these tend to look pink. Also if you return anything from our website there is a return process which does take about 2-3 days to inspect. We do charge a 30% restock fee which I didn't charge you and we paid the shipping for the new lug nuts. Our phones due tend to get busy at this time of the year because of tax season. I offered a full exchange for the greddy ones which you and I agreed on but we did not have it. so I offered the Titek ones with the locks which you agreed on. Again if you don't want it ill send you a return label and offer a full refund. Also a discount on your next order.

chiming in on the rays lugs, sadly they will turn pink over time. i purchased a set for a previous car and probably within a year they had all become pink after being such a nice shade of red.

This was blown way out of proportion. If people knew what it was like to run a business especially on the scale of business they receive maybe people would realize how great Evasive's service really is. Just purchased a set of rare volk gt-c inverted lug nuts and received them fairly fast. Hope people don't see this and run away from Evasive.
