WTT: CCW LM5T's for VOLK TE37
 

Hello fellow FT86CLUB members,

I'm looking to change things up a bit with my FR-S. That being said I was looking to see if there are any FRS/BRZ owners out there who have VOLK TE37 wheels they would like to trade for my CCW LM5T's. Might be a long shot but worth the try. My CCW specs are as follows:

Fully Polished w/ Gold ARP hardware
18x9.5 +44 & 18x10 +38
Hankook Ventus V12 255/35 & 265/35

***Wheels are about 4 months old & have ~3K of use. Mint condition, no curb rash or major imperfections. Cleaned/Washed every week & always inside a garage.***

I ultimately would like a TE37 square setup +40 offset but will entertain what comes my way. Thanks !

pm me how much cash you looking for. I could just buy the wheels if you want to keep the tires for your next setup. is this set up heavy as in wheel weight.

I have a set of Mag blue TEs w/ tires. I'm planning on selling. 18x7.5" +47 offset. I'll throw in 20mm spacers and lugs. 5x100

Damn man these are the nicest set of 18s I've seen. I prefer 17s on this car. How much did this set run you? I don't think it's crazy to trade for TE37s at all. They're both in the same price bracket.

Not sure if you're talking about my CCW's or Rayan aka curry. I cant remember 100% without finding my original invoice but I believe the total came out to around $4,200. Wheels are about $2800 FULLY POLISHED w/ extra charge on the Gold Bolts. CCW's are coming on up and are def one of the nicest 3 Piece wheels you can buy. Woulda bought WORK MEISTERS but the wait time is ridiculous.

I'll keep thinking about it bro but no promises. Why the hell did you sell your first set of LM5T's? It was crazy b/c when I initially thought about ordering CCW's alst summer I searched to see if anyone else was running them and your car popped up with those LM5T's. Def solidified my decision in buying them.

I'm not from FL. I'm back in CA now...but is CCW just now becoming 'popular'? I was under the impression that they were just as prestigious as Volk or Work? Maybe it's different down where you're from.


What I'm saying is it's not absurd at all to ask for TE's as a trade. Judging by the finish and hardware I'd say your wheels are a fair trade for those super rare Electron Blue ones. They only made a few sets and they fetch like 4.5k.


Anyways, awesome wheels. If I wasn't married I swear I'd be all over these or the TE37RT's for sale on here.

Idk but I'm still stunned when people ask me what kind of wheels they are or who/what CCW is. I came from the euro/BMW community where I first learned of the brand years ago. Oh and btw I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area. Raised there for 18 years up until I joined the military which explains why I'm in FL but I'd rather be home

Yeah I'm from SoCal and just got back here where my next duty station is. Lucked out and got San Diego shore duty (Navy). It's just 'uneducated' kids who don't know what a set of 'custom' wheels go for. I came from the 240 community where everything is worth three times as much as it's real market value. I feel your pain lol. People are happier playing ignorant.
