I was just looking for these wheels last night too. The closest I found was a Japanese website selling them for an arm and a leg. They weren't even our bolt pattern. Try the international sections of NASIOC.

well the arent regamaster's or the offset you want but they are lighweight japanese wheels. that pic was taken when i bought them, one of them is curbed now
