Vicious Led not responding?
 
I placed an order with Vicious LED on February 10th and still haven't received my order. I tried contacting by telephone, email, and instagram. When I call, it just says "we cannot complete your call. Please try again." When I email both email accounts I've received emails from...I get an email back instantly saying no such user or rejected from "viciousled.com" on Instagram I havent gotten a response. Anyone else ever have trouble with them or hear anything going on with them?

Some people on one of the FB groups have had issues with them. Maybe they finally realized selling cheap Chinese shit as their own wasn't the best plan and just cut their losses.

In one of their threads they posted saying the recently completed a cross country trip and are in the process of moving. Explains the phone not working but not sure about the email. They did say they wouldn't have stuff up and running for a bit still.

This is just what they posted on another thread. I really have no idea but am just sharing the info.

Thank you...kind of eases my mind a little. I've ordered from them before with no problems at all.

I just went and looked and their last post was 2/21. it was 2/20 when they said they were trying to get internet set up to process orders. I would post in one of their threads as they seemed to respond as of the end of last week.

Edit: they have logged on as recently as today as well
