WTB 18x9.5 wheels rays, advan, weds...ect NorCal

I'm looking to buy a set of wheels for my frs. I'm looking for a 18x9.5 size only. My budget is 1600 bucks including shipping if you're not local. I'm located in the Central Valley area (nor cal) thanks.
