License plate with zipties
 

I'm thinking of strapping my license plate on the front grill with zipties.

Do you think this would block airflow for the rad too much for a little bit spirited driving here and there on the streets?

Thats how I did mine. Been like that for almost 2 years now with no problems.

Won't be noticeable. But if u start to throw more mods in that area I wouldn't do it. For example I have an oil cooler sitting right in front of my radiator. I wouldn't wan to further block that with a LP as well.

But staying stock, no problem.

Depends a lot on your area and ambient temps. Had a Miata that liked to overheat with the license plate zip tied in the grill, but we get damn hot in the summer here...
