Why did they only do this for a limited time?
How can I contact them to see if they will ever make them again or at least get some custom made for me?

You need an order of 10 sets to get the custom colours, look for group buys on here or other sites.

Oakos was doing one for 17x9 +35 SBC IIRC, not sure about 9.5's though.

@b2autodesigns has these in SBC, 17X9.5 and 18X9.5. Better get a set because Enkei is not making them anymore so they will be rare. Many vendors don't have them, and have inquired with Enkei and I believe the Kojin is the new wheel for the RP03, but that doesn't come in SBC.

The CounterSpace garage ( @CSG Mike ) listing is the better fitment (+35 offset) in my opinion.

We have 1 set of SBC left in 17x9 +35. We ordered several pallets of these to get Enkei to make them for us, and they went quick.
