EBC brake pads

I can't seem to find the part number for the Rear or Legacy brake pads and rotors....the fronts seem to be easy since they are wrx brakes.

Specifically looking for Red stuff and the USR Slotted rotors...

Thanks,
Matt

Why EBC? They're not partiularly good.

Look for 06-08 Tribeca rears. Same size. Or Legacy 2.5GT/3.6R 10-11 rears.

Found the info....seemed to be pretty decent for the money. unless stop tech is much better.

Not paying the DBA markup, could get full wilwood kit for that.

Agreed.

Used the Yellow Stuff pads on my race car (VW), not impressed.

Just buy some nice, proven pads, and call it a day. What's your purpose for the pad? Track days? Racing? Street driving with improved bite?

Street plus autoX....

Nothing too crazy. I like a more progressive feel, don't really like the super hard early bite some pads have

Sounds like you want a nice street pad, but with a little extra bite from stock.

Carbotech 1521, Project Mu NS400, Winmax W2 are some options we stock. I can give you more if you like.

I would also stay away from the EBC! You might want to look also at the PFC Z-rated since they are a great double duty pad. Or if you don't mind the dust and noise, hp+.

As for disc, one thing i have learned.. if you don't have the right pads, doesn't matter which disc you are using, you willl have ''waiving issue''.

Are EBC brake pads really not good? I used them on my Honda Civic and it would be able to stop on a dime.

The thread is over a year old.

And yes, they are really not good for anything performance related.
