Vicious LED
Hello all! Looking for some assistance seeing as I'm never one to make payments online and wait for car parts. I usually just try and find somebody local and purchase a used part that's in good shape. January 12th I paid $300 for a pair of red Valenti Tail Lights from @ Viciousled whom I believe is a known vendor and many people have worked with. January 27th I received my package and was souped. My first brand new part for my baby. As I began unwrapping I eventually took one out only to find that a large part of the lens was cracked off. My friend advised me to contact them and let them know so that I could be sent new ones so I did just that. On January 30th Ben from @ Viciousled contacted me back and informed me that he was opening an insurance claim and he would send me an email with what to do next. Since then I have sent him a couple emails and quite a few PM's. One PM was long-winded but not threatening. I pretty much just wanted a response that they were alive and still involved in my situation. Now many of my friends and coworkers are saying why should I be waiting on them if I already paid. They have my money as it's not in my account anymore but I have a pair of tail lights with one that's broken just sitting in my garage. Am I being impatient or is this how long the process takes? Any assistance would help or like if you have had the same situation happen to you and know the direction I should take then let me know
