Hello all! Looking for some assistance seeing as I'm never one to make payments online and wait for car parts. I usually just try and find somebody local and purchase a used part that's in good shape. January 12th I paid $300 for a pair of red Valenti Tail Lights from @Viciousled whom I believe is a known vendor and many people have worked with. January 27th I received my package and was souped. My first brand new part for my baby. As I began unwrapping I eventually took one out only to find that a large part of the lens was cracked off. My friend advised me to contact them and let them know so that I could be sent new ones so I did just that. On January 30th Ben from @Viciousled contacted me back and informed me that he was opening an insurance claim and he would send me an email with what to do next. Since then I have sent him a couple emails and quite a few PM's. One PM was long-winded but not threatening. I pretty much just wanted a response that they were alive and still involved in my situation. Now many of my friends and coworkers are saying why should I be waiting on them if I already paid. They have my money as it's not in my account anymore but I have a pair of tail lights with one that's broken just sitting in my garage. Am I being impatient or is this how long the process takes? Any assistance would help or like if you have had the same situation happen to you and know the direction I should take then let me know

We just messaged you with the requested information; we apologize for the response delay, we've been on a cross country road trip for the past few weeks visiting family. I sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Please feel free to contact us should you need anything else, and we will keep you updated with what we hear back from the insurance claim :)

I GREATLY appreciate your response! You hear these stories about vendors falling off the face of the earth and spent money going down the drain! I look forward to seeing what happens with the insurance company and hope they are a good enough one to cover my tail lights (well at least the damaged one) Thanks very much!!
