i believe bride never made a black backing seat for the maxis, it was only available for zeta III, exas III and vios III.
black backing was for their cheaper line of seats the "sport" line which were NON-FIA approved.
even for marketing it wouldnt make sense to make a "sport" version for the maxis and gardis because that seat design is used for motorsports and race teams would be hesitant on using a seat that is not fia approved.
