Erich did it

I saw this header while they were still fabbing it up around a month ago.

It. Is. Beautiful.

The welds and quality of the one they had made there was astounding. Super smooth transition between the 4-1 and nice gentle bends everywhere.

Really slick.

We picked up a little power top end with the tune alone which is typical but you can see that with the equal length header it opens up the power band not only up top but lower in the rev range as well. OE intake, muffler, resonator.

Temperature was about 57F in the dyno room, 29.66inHg, 90-100% humidity.

I saw this thing while they were developing it. Really a top notch piece. Don't quote me on this, lol, but I never heard anyone mention pricing that high. It sounded more competitively priced with the P&L 4-1 I have. I got both cats though. I love cats. So furry and cute..

He will soon, for E85 with bigger port injectors and pump. I believe in him. Tuning is like anything else in life. There is no magic sauce. You get what you put in. :)

Good deal lmk how it goes. My last tune needs to be worked with. There is so much timing pulled below 2k it's near impossible to enjoy the car with the ACT clutch unless your reving to 3k to slip the clutch everywhere....

I am in Chicago but will work on getting a video up

I'm going to have Erich tune my car after IC install and go about 9 ~ 10 psi.

I do think we get caught up on certain tuners being God like (John Reed) but in the information age, and proper education, I think experience may be the only thing that separates most tuners. I remember Bob saying John uses like the most basic tuning tool, doing Lambo's and shit. And even to Bob, he is about 10 years ahead of him.

PRE is a business, and even with the waiver saying they have no responsibility when shit happens, they are not going to have a failing tuner destroy all reputation they have built up. According to Jason, Bobby and Erich has different personalities regarding the tuning, and Bobby can be described as the "natural", and Erich is "calculated". He knows he has taken over a huge responsibility and a big hole to fill, this is his opportunity to shine and I can't see his personality type really fucking up this position.
