Hello I recently picked up a 13 BRZ patiently waiting till winter ends to start putting this thing together.

Not you're average "build thread here" you wont see any ROTAS, XXRS or VARRSTOENSARUS-REX's here. Except when I had it on my s13 pretty good when I crashed it all the force got absorbed by the fake wheels.

No crazy mod list going to be different not like most of the cookie cutter builds on here.



Now parted it out and got this

2013 BRZ in WRB got it with 20k miles with a exhaust a injen intake some shitty eibach lowering springs that suck and some perrin pulley.

Under enough force in a crash any cast wheel would break, it's not a rota exclusive thing.

Also i would consider the eibach spring + stock shock a better ride than a stance coil.

Meh I got cheap Sparcos, but they never broke when I slammed a wall or bent in potholes. Cheap to replace and have extra wheels.

Show me where I can purchase a set of new 18x9.5 Rotas for 400 bucks, please. Hell I don't even have one of the twins yet, but that's a goddamn steal.

Honestly I started reading and thought, cool, someone's gonna do his own fab work, end up with something nobody else on here has..
Now I'm betting the final result will be slammed on coils, rocket bunny, and wide JDM wheels.

So maybe I was exaggerating, but the use of rota, xxr, and other crap wheels is way too excessive on here!
