Radium Master Cylinder brace...

Received in the Radium Master cylinder brace today.

I didn't bother taking off my strut tower brace bars, so installation was a little more difficult and quite a bit longer than it could have been, but it was installed with no issues.

So since I had to run some errands on my day off... I ran some errands. :D Initial slow braking out the driveway and the like it's hard to tell any difference whatsoever. But brake fast and hard and YES, there is a BIG difference. Happy with the fit, finish, and function of it!

Just got mine yesterday and installed it this morning.
You can really feel the difference in the brake.
Not as squishy.
I just love how beefy this looks.

I just love the colour. Very nice

To install, remove the sticker on body and screw 2 bolts, done?

Basically yes, there is also the fuel line bracket that needs to be unclipped and moved out of the way, then reinstalled... The instructions recommend removing the strut bars for clear access, which I would agree with - especially if you have large hands and are not very dexterous. I didn't mind doing it the more difficult and much longer way by not messing with my strut bars...but it took a 5-10 minute job and made it nearly a 50 minute job.

Took me 10 min doing this with my grimmspeed brace. U don't have to remove the strut for easy install, just use a small extension guys geeze.

Yea the Grimmspeed one was a super easy/fast install.

I only had a normal 4mm allen wrench, not a 4mm allen bit that could fit onto my rachet set - so it took a bit of work with the triangulated chassis braces (factory firewall brace and Grimmspeed strut bar brace) on the drivers side being right in the way and limited movement of the L shaped allen tool...

Thanks a lot for the pics and information! Seems like a great mcb.

Does anyone else have more reviews to share of this product? Appreciate the input.

Simple part does it's job like others. Radium makes fantastic parts.

Also installed mine, and as stated, removing the bar would have made it easier but I didn't do so either. The MC brace is very well made. I recommend readjusting the bolt pressing against the MC though, as mine moved a little bit after testing the pedal feel and pressing the brakes Hard.

stock movement/flex before the brace was adjusted to contact the MC.

There is still movement of the MC, but it is reduced and the pedal feel is much better when braking hard.

BTW, how do you embed a video?
