So the adapters are to convert the 5x114.3 to 5x100 correct?

That is correct, they were custom made by Mtech to be hub centric to the car and wheel centric to these wheels. No hub rings or anything necessary. Effective offset with the adapters is ET25 and ET35 (15mm and 25mm adapters)

Beautiful wheels! Excuse my lack of understanding but...with those adaptors, net offset reduced to 35/25?

Flirting with the idea but 18" might be too expensive for me to maintain / shipping :(

Correct. ET50 wheels, 15/25mm adapters = ET25/ET35 effectively.

If someone wanted more poke they could reverse mount the LM faces and go lower to ~ET15/ET25. (Can't remember exactly how much it changes I'd have to look online)
