Condition: As good as new with all original packaging. Used for only < 500kms Price: Looking for AUD$290 + shipping (or pickup in Sydney). I paid about $370 for this when the AUD was a bit stronger. PM me if interested TWM Short Shifter Kit for Toyota 86 This is one of the best short shift kits on the market. TWM has been making short shift kits for a long time. Designed and built in the USA to tight tolerances. It is a quality product made from solid steel and the workmanship on this thing is pretty amazing. It is a complete replacement kit. There is no reuse of existing parts like some of the cheaper options out there. This has the silver reverse lockout (same as the picture) which looks much better than the black plastic factory one. Installation is pretty straightforward and is done from all inside the cabin. The trickiest part is just getting the different pieces of the interior trim off. http://www.twmperformance.com/manual...rt-Shifter.pdf Details Kit Includes: -TWM Performance FR-S/BRZ/GT86 Short Shifter -All mounting Hardware -Detailed installation manual with pictures. The throw is not only shorter but shifting is no longer notchy. Shifting is like butter now, no more forcing into gears. I absolutely love it. It was the most expensive of the shifters available but it was well worth it." http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50382 |
What's - Exclusive vibration dampening system? :)
|
It makes it feel better :)
Some short shifters have been known to add more vibration to the gear stick. |
