I am really pleased with ft86 speedfactory
 

I ordered a few parts and shipped them to the USA to pick up later (I am a Canadian so that would save me a lot on shipping and import costs). When I picked up my package, I thought I was missing something so I contacted support. Jeremy contacted me back within only a few hours (Friday night even!). Everything with the order was right, I was just a stupid customer that didn't look through everything right. It is nice knowing that when you order, you are dealing with someone that cares, and deals with each package himself and follows up immediately. Makes me much more confident in ordering from him again!
