Rear end swaying back and forh driving straight

So, I put on ICS N1 coilovers, Perrin 22mm rear sway and Stance lower control arms. I made sure everything is torqued to spec.
When I drive down the road going straight I can feel the rear end going one way or another. It's gets really bad when I turn the wheel!
Any suggestions on fixing it?
I was thinking of going back to the stock lower control arms to see if it helps.

Thanks in advance!

Have you gotten an alignment yet?

Starscream15 01-31-2014 05:09 PM

Maybe a silly question but.... Did you get an alignment after your work was done?

you probably have some aggressive toe on one side or the other. Get an alignment asap before you kill yourself.

No, alignment yet. Hadn't gone over 40mph.
I was just afraid the new crazy adjustable lower control arms were loose or something. It's been in the air more than on the ground in the past 3 days.
I'll get an alignment tomorrow.
Thanks everyone!

Probably toed out in the rear a bunch. That'll make the rear hunt badly.

Installing the LCA's the alignment is probably WAY off.

Census says: a shitload of toe. Be safe OP!

heed everyones advice, toe will kill your tires faster than anything! not to mention you wouldnt want to crash.

Same thing happened to me after installing rear LCA's. Ended up getting alignment done the same day. As others have mentioned, toe was way out of spec.

What they all said.

I put on kwv3 a couple nights ago. Still no alignment (going to diy). But the car wasn't driven till a quick toe/camber check. I actually came up good on toe using a quick and dirty tape measure method. Car has been driving great, but I need to do a better check.

Going to get a couple 2x12" s today, build wheel platforms (with room for sliding tiles) and try get a better look.

Also grabbed 16 $8 scales from Walmart, the platforms are going to be made with a foot at each corner to work on the scales.
