SCION VS SUBARU!!! (navigation lol)

So I was wondering, which navigation system is better, the subaru navi or the scion bespoke navi? Or are they the same?! Does anybody know about it? :) something I always wondered

Nokia maps.

I use Waze on my iPhone, my BRZ navigation couldn't even get me to my school

Google maps on my phone, reads directions over bluetooth seamlessly.

Edit: Love the 'crappy' unit that came in the '13 FRS, all physical buttons, syncs seamlessly, displays track info. Only a few hiccups here and there.

In all seriousness, I live in Los Angeles where it's pretty much always very sunny and clear.

The navigation itself works really well all the time. It's actually easy to put in address. The problem is that it's hard to really use the touchscreen when the car is moving.

I heard a lot of guys who live in cities that have bad weather are having problem with losing the gps signal.

So far, I have not experienced it once.

Using a phone is way better. Had navi on my lexus. 12in screen never used it

If they hadn't just grabbed our unit from the parts bin and included tactile buttons on the headunit it would have been 400 times better.

Never use it either. I use one of these.

I agree. I would've preferred just having a regular radio and then upgrade it with something instead of having the stock unit that my 6 year old Nokia could outshine.

"they both suck" - I read that a lot which is exactly why I didn't care for all the tech/nav upgrades. Aftermarket is where its at FTW
