Tim Schrick reminds of that character who says, "Yes, Grand Pa Pa," from Beer Fest. I cannot understand too many things he is saying, but I sure do get the drift.
|
He is very happy with the car. He is impressed that nothing have to be changed because it drives fantastic out-of-the-box and its always nice to have a LSD when it comes to a roundabout :D and it must be so funny to drive in the rain. For a NA he likes the power but the sound needs to be changed by a nice exhaust.
He said, last car that feels so perfect was the Carrera GT :eyebulge: |
Thanks

@ 4:25 on the video the narrator says "Scarlett Johanson" LOL... so they must be equating the driving experience to having your way with SJ. at least in my mind that's wht he's saying. :D

4.05 Tim says that the car really communicates with him; it tells him when he steers to quick and the car starts sliding over the front wheels. That you can exactly feel how the car behave, how the current status of the car is... the narrator refers to this term (current status of the car) with the answer "Tim loves it instable" (drifting, sliding etc) |
The Scarlett comment is at 3:27 - he basically says that someone choosing an automatic over the manual is like someone choosing an ugly chick over Scarlett.
Great review - this guy "gets it" |
narrator 3.20: "neben dem 6 Gang Schaltgetriebe gibt es optional ein Automatikgetriebe, aber mal ehrlich, wer will Daniela Katzenberger wenn man Scarlett Johansson haben kann"
"there is an option for AT aside the MT, but to be honest, who wants Daniela Katzenberger if you can have Scarlett Johansson" Daniela Katzenberger is a german c-class celeb, something worse than Kim Kardashian, if you gis her it may be nsfw.... |

tim is one of the better car reviewers here in the german-spoken region. He practically drifts anything and drove numerous races in different cups.
|
Wish they had subtitles (or better yet, that I understood German). He looks like he has some interesting things to say about the car, and he definitely looks like he knows his stuff.

one of the best quotes is:
"You should'nt step in from a turbo-diesel and say: doesnt' work, doesn't work (steps on the gas pedal), that would be superficial. You have to consider turbo and NA seperately, and for an NA Car, it really drives well." he also adds, that the car comes to life after 4500rpm, so he suggests shifting down if you want to accelerate - which he thinks is the most ordinary thing to do in a sporty car - then you will notice that there are 200HP In the end, he critisises that there is no oil-temperature gauge |
