Shifter TSB 03-71-13 v. Perrin Rear Shifter Bushing

I had the Perrin Shifter Bushing for Rear Shift Rod (PSP-INR-006) installed shortly after I got my BRZ.

Does anyone know if the above shifter TSB replaces the Perrin bushing?

Got the text of the TSB? That would help.

The best that I can tell from the TSB is that the shift iever is new. The bushing and boot are listed as R&R.

I am a technician for a Subaru dealer in Canada. I have performed this bulletin on my own brz as well as 2 other customer vehicles and can confirm you only replace the shift lever assembly and shifter bushing is left untouched.
