I had the same symptoms. You need to get grease (I used Lucas Oil Red N Tacky) around where the clutch fork pivot ball is. It's called the release fork support in the photo here. http://s315.photobucket.com/user/cam...lutch.jpg.html I used this photo to get a feel for the area and orientation of the clutch fork. You will need to pull the boot around the shift fork up to be able to access this area. You can also pull the top of the clutch fork toward the front of the car to gain a little bit of room. I used a paintbrush to get the grease worked around the area.
I let the grease sit for a few minutes then pumped the clutch pedal for about 20-30 seconds and the creak/squeak was gone.

It's not the same squeak. I've had the clutch pivot squeak issue before and fixed it already with a NGLI No.2 EP Red Grease.
This other one is heard entirely inside the cabin. For this sound, you wouldn't hear it if you're outside and the doors are closed and someone is pumping the clutch.
Anyway, I figured it out already. It's the clutch master cylinder, the internal push-rod/plunger rubbing against the inner bore as it's too dry. As per the service manual, re-grease with SILICONE GREASE G-40M or equivalent. DO NOT USE THE SPRAY SILICONE LUBRICANT, IT WILL NOT LAST.
Use a toothpick or something thin with grease on the tip, push the clutch in all the way, and go ahead and grease the inside of the CMC.
