Valenti Rear Bumper not working?
 

So i followed all the instructions on the Zeta performance sheet, tap red wire on light harness and plug in the blue wire then tap green wire on light harness and plug in the thing red.

This should come on when parking lights are on (which works) and stepping on the brake with 3 flashes (which works)

However it doesn't come on when parking lights are off and pressing on brake like in the daytime, is this suppose to be that way? or do i need to tap into different wires?
