no need to reflash unless you actually changing tune parameters have read of Flashing Reset Learning link below
ecu constantly learns it not a one off event after flash.

Afr will vary like that as ecu compensates and its targeting the commanded afr value and measuring the afr from 02 sensor then adjusting fuel trims to try to make both values equal.

Your AFR will fluctuate under normal idle no matter what.

I exclusively ran 91 e0 and had no problems staying at 1. Went on a trip and filled up with mobil 93 now it's at.35. Filled up with the usual when i got back hopefully iam goes back to normal. For now i butt clinch.
