Get Detailed | Mazda 3 | Opti Coat Pro | Toronto
This customer recently acquired a new generation Mazda 3. Now I've detailed many mazda 3's but this new one is super luxurious for the price. I mean they copied the BMW 3 series inside and out with sound deadening and all. The paint has also improved, before where I use to see reading of 80-90 microns in overall thickness (Primer, Paint, clear coat), I now see 100-120 but there is a lot of orange peel so take that as you will.
He heard about my Opti-Coat Pro services and wanted it done to his car because he had concerns about the minor swirling in the paint and because he liked the idea of never waxing his paint again. It also helps the paint stay looking new because it's resistant to swirls and it makes the paint more resistant to things like bird dropping, bugs and tree sap. Here is the car in question in it's beautiful red paint job. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7389/1...8befa289_b.jpg Evidence of Winter present. http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3777/1...1aefbddc_b.jpg Swirling Present. Big fan of @Hamza7 's work, had him detail my car and fix up a small paint chip. Fun guy to talk to as well, definitely a real car enthusiast! Wish you the best of luck my friend.

Since I've decided to forgo the clear bra (their worth more than the parts they are protecting) and I've had to brush more snow off my car than I care to think about....
GB for opti-coat? I applied 3 coats of Klasse HGSG before winter... just crossing my fingers and this point that my paint isn't a damn mess. |
^We can do a GB for Opti-Coat for sure but I'll have to ask OPT the people that make Opti-Coat Pro because they've made us sign a contract telling us we can't sell it below $450 because it was bringing the products reputation down.
Also your Klasse sealant should outlast winter easily, especially 3 layers. Check out this for removing snow [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Sno-Brum-Original-Removal-Telescoping/dp/B0007LDXLA"]Amazon.com: Sno Brum Original Snow Removal Tool with Telescoping Handle: Patio, Lawn & Garden[/ame] or get into the habbit of removing snow with a brush but leave 1/8" snow on the car to drift away while driving so you don't touch the paint. |

Hey Hamza I checked out your website it looks pretty good. What's your opinion between Opti-Coat and CQuartz? You still do CQuartz? Let me know what you think. Thanks!

I do CQuartz and Opti-Coat Pro but honestly reserve CQuartz for weekend toys. Opti-Coat Pro is durable there's no question about that but in the looks department it doesn't have as deep as a gloss as CQuartz and there's a definite difference especially on darker colours. Also Opti-Coat Pro lasts longer and is thicker but CQuartz actually stays cleaner because Opti-Coat Pro beads and CQuartz sheets. Beading is when you get water beads on your car after a wash or rain but if allowed to dry then you get these random water spots which is easily removable. While CQuartz sheets the water off, hard to explain but water comes off the car collectively. Here's a video. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgYwdUJbaP0"]Audi R8 Ceramic Paint Protection Water Sheeting - YouTube[/ame] I do both because of their unique characteristics, but I can apply whatever one fits the type of driver you are and the look you are going for.
