Thank you for contacting us. Condensation is not a known problem for Helix brand, it can happen to any vehicle and it is not a defect. It happens when moisture in the air gets into the light during installation, or if the socket is not fully tightened.

We find that the best way to get rid of the condensation is to dry the light with blow dryer/hair dryer, set on low. Then allow the light to equalize before reinstalling. Be sure to get the light completely dry, if there is even a drop of moisture the fogging will come back.

Make sure when you reinstall the light, that all covers are closed properly. The best time to reinstall is when it is dry and there is no moisture in the air. After you do this you should be all good.

Best Regards

I'm having problems with one of my clear side markers, the passenger side has condensation
it's a known problem with helix brand side markers, a lot of vendors offer replacement for defective parts
I'm wondering if you could help me out with this defective product

Shenks 01-27-2014 01:46 PM

Actually, mine isn't even condensation... theres a seal problem right at the edge and it clearly is leaking whenever there is rain. How did you contact them? I would like to shoot them another message.

Darn... I guess I can't contact them that way since I ordered over ebay and they wouldn't reply there.
