Working at a desk all day.... When all I think about are cars, engines, and tuning.....

HELP ME!

Please have that report on my desk by the end of the day. I have left you something pink in your mailbox. Take care.

Never make a career out of your hobby, it steals the fun out of it.

I tend to agree.

Is not as fun as you think. By the end of the day when you go home, you will not want to think about cars and such.

Did you get the memo on the TPS reports?

Easier said than done but doing a job to pay the bills is brutal -- try to find something you love and be ****ing awesome at it.

There's a big difference between being a mechanic and tuning cars. Completely different.

If you want to make descent money turning wrench, go big, go diesel.

I worked on cars for a living for 4 months. Never again. Rather do it for fun.

I think tuning would be fun. considering taking classes if they offer it.

Why not look for a desk type job in the automotive industry? I used to work as a project manager for Denso (automotive supplier). Kind of the best of both worlds. Good pay right away, and still working "with" cars. I managed the launch of several vehicles in my time with Denso, it was very exciting.
