update: 1/24/14
chase bays is going to send me a new pulley. they have stepped up despite the pissing match the other thread turned into.
I apologize for the mess that thread turned into.
I applaud the guys at chase bays for stepping up and taking care of the issues.
UPDATE: 1/26/14
chase bays pm'd asking to have the paypal claim removed. I said I will remove said claim once i receive tracking for the pulley.

Started the install while I wait for pulleys. The kit is missing hardware, and the intercooler is damaged also. Hoses were hacked off with no concern, couplers are torn....
Officially over with this pile of crap.

everything I have ordered from a vendor on here has been a mess.

Trade usernames with @whitefrs . I would hope that @Chase Bays will compensate you for the damage. Get with @Brian@Vortech to see replacement costs for the damaged pieces.

I feel for you man. I hope better things are on the horizon. It sucks being excited to receive something to then find out it's all fucked up. Hopefully your luck turns soon.

honestly I would rather send it back this point. with all the obvious damage to the outside of the unit who knows what the inside looks like.
